Description
The furnace features a solid double-layer metal frame with a heat-insulating fan structure that keeps the outer surface cool. Its multi-layer insulation uses lightweight alumina ceramic fibers and high-quality insulation boards without asbestos, minimizing heat loss and energy consumption. The HRE spiral resistance wire provides uniform heating through free heat radiation. Temperature control is precise via PID and SSR systems, with programmable 30-segment programs, over-temperature and fault alarms, and automatic safety protection. The vacuum and atmosphere capability, combined with a 304 stainless steel sealing flange, allows operation under various conditions. Its horizontal upper-opening design ensures easy operation and maintenance.
